Coaching

Think better. Decide better. Make the change stick.

My coaching is for people who want useful change in the real world - at work, in business or in life. It is thoughtful and challenging, but always practical.

How I can help

The work is practical, focused and shaped around the result you actually need - not a pre-packaged programme.

Executive coaching

A confidential space for senior people to think clearly, challenge assumptions, handle difficult situations and become more effective in the way they lead.

Career & professional coaching

For decisions about direction, progression, transition, confidence, priorities or how to get more from the work you are already doing.

Personal coaching

For people who know something in life could work better and want structured thinking, honest challenge and practical action to change it.

Performance coaching

Clarify the result, understand what is helping or hindering you, and build a practical route from where you are now to where you want to be.

Mentoring

Sometimes you do not need a coaching question - you need perspective from someone who has dealt with similar decisions, organisations or challenges. I am comfortable doing both.

Change that lasts

The aim is not a motivational high after a session. It is better thinking, better habits and decisions you can continue to use when I am no longer in the room.

How we work together

01

Initial conversation

We talk about what you want to change or achieve, what you have already tried and what a useful coaching relationship would look like for you.

02

Define the outcome

We agree what success would actually mean and how we will know the coaching is useful. The work stays centred on your priorities, not a generic coaching formula.

03

Conversation into action

Sessions combine reflection, challenge and practical next steps. We keep what works, discard what does not and adapt as the situation changes.

A small client list, by design.

I never work with more than three active clients at once. Good coaching needs attention between sessions as well as during them, and I want enough capacity to give each client proper thought, flexibility and focus.

Would a conversation help?

If you have a goal, decision or situation you would like to think through, get in touch. We can have an initial conversation and decide from there whether coaching is the right fit.
